About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy RevOps Analyst to support our Commercial Operations Manager across both Sales and Post-Sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of revenue operations, who is comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Gmail and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting reporting and dashboard creation, and enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at their best.
Your Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Data Hygiene
- Maintain and optimise Salesforce (or other CRM) to ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Own CRM hygiene and governance – ensure consistent data entry, resolve duplicates, and support user adoption
2. Forecasting & Pipeline Support
- Partner with sales leadership to manage and refine the forecasting process across teams and geographies.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and deal velocity
3. Process & Playbook Enablement
- Help define and document sales processes (lead routing, qualification criteria, deal stages, etc).
- Work with Sales Enablement to ensure reps are aligned to the correct processes and workflows.
4. Tool Stack Administration
- Manage integrations and licenses for key tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach, HubSpot).
- Evaluate new tools and implement tech stack improvements that increase GTM efficiency.
5. Commercial Analytics & Insights
- Provide regular insights on bookings, win rates, churn, conversion metrics, and sales productivity.
- Support board and executive reporting by consolidating data across regions and segments
6. Strategic Projects
- Support pricing changes, territory realignments, and comp plan updates with scenario modelling and impact analysis.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives that impact revenue growth, from lead generation to expansion.
Who you are:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Must have strong working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tech tools (Excel/Google Sheets mastery is a must).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Collaborative communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS
