What are we looking for: 

• You will support the on-going business as usual activities

• You will be processing invoices and expenses

• Part of your role will be the reconciliation of supplier statements

• You will be preparing/processing payments

• You will be involved in system migration to Dynamic Business Central from an accounts payable perspective

• Liaising with suppliers and dealing with complex queries

• Adhoc project duties

• You will be supporting the knowledge transfer process from the existing transaction team and document such knowledge in preparation for system roll out.

What do you bring: 

• A Master degree in Finance, accountant or any other related field;

• Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required;

• Your experience with Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision) experience is preferred;

• You ideally will have experience of User Acceptance Testing for new system, desirable;

• Your strong Effective communicator;

• Fast learner with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment;

• Highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail;

• Highly deadline driven
