What are we looking for: 

In support of our growth, Onclusive is seeking a Junior Social Media Analyst to join our Office in Rabat for a 1 year contract.

This person will be responsible for producing compelling and insightful reports, research, analysis and recommendations for several of our clients. As well as tracking social media mentions, analyzing key visual metrics generated by our products, and wrapping up everything into synthetic reputation and/or competitive reports.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reputation and/or competitive analysis to clients.

• Respond to inbound requests from clients related to the monitoring of a specific crisis, campaign, or product launch, to name a few examples.

• Build your industry knowledge by staying up to date with digital business intelligence strategies & best practices.

What do you bring: 

• A Bachelor or Master degree ideally in Marketing and/or Digital Communication;

• Complete fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in another language is a plus;

• You are a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience, including internships or hands-on roles. Ideally, this experience was gained at a marketing, digital, or a communication agency, or a social media-focused tech company, where client reporting, research, and dashboard creation were core responsibilities.

• Passionate about data analysis and social media, you are a perfectionist with writing and editorial skills;

• You are able to manage and prioritize the reporting and analysis of multiple ongoing reports across clients. You want to join a young, dynamic structure where you can have a real impact.
