What are we looking for: 

• Overseeing credit controllers for the UK/IE & DE scope.
• Managing 5 credit controllers. 
• Managing timely collection of outstanding debts whilst minimising credit risk.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Support achievement of Cashflow and working capital targets.
• Supervise a team of CC’s, providing training, guidance and performance management.
• Monitor team KPI’s and ensure targets are met.
• Work closely with sales, customer service and finance teams to resolve queries.
• Manage escalation of high-risk accounts and support debt recovery processes.
• Experience in handling a high volume of accounts.

What do you bring: 

• A Master degree in Finance, accountant or any other related field;

• Complete professional fluency in English and French. Proficiency in Spanish is a distinct advantage;

• 3-5 years in credit control/finance with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role or team
  lead role;
• Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities;
• You ideally will have knowledge/experience in Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision);

• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights;

• You have a proven track record of being highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail;

• You will have had experience working to tight deadlines.
