Role Overview:

This role is a Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave

This position will primarily support our Sales team by managing and executing tasks within our CRM system, Salesforce. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical sales data while working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated CRM (Salesforce) support to the Sales team.

  • Enter and manage new orders and renewal contracts within Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity across the system.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to confirm the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data.

  • Liaise with external clients to gather all relevant information required for processing orders and contracts.

About You:

  • A recent graduate or an individual with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a corporate environment.

  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English, with strong communication skills.

  • Highly attentive to detail and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
