, ,About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy RevOps Analyst to support our Commercial Operations Manager across both Sales and Post-Sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of revenue operations, who is comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Gmail and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting reporting and dashboard creation, and enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at their best.
Your responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations in Salesforce and HubSpot, including quality control and process documentation.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision

Assist in the creation of performance metrics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting reports for Sales and Post-Sales teams.

Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Manager to identify process gaps and propose scalable improvements.

Help monitor KPIs and performance trends across the customer lifecycle — from lead generation through customer onboarding and retention.

Ensure data hygiene and consistency across systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools).

Participate in cross-functional projects related to RevOps, such as tool integrations or new process rollouts.
Who you are:

2+ years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or smilar role

Proficiency with both Salesforce and HubSpot CRM preferably. (mainly Salesforce)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting Sales and/or Customer Success teams.

Understanding of key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, ACV, churn).

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo is a plus, but not essential.
