What are we looking for?
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Expert to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. You’ll play a critical role in driving high-quality traffic, maximizing ROI, and helping us achieve our business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct keyword research and competitor ad analysis to identify strategic opportunities.

Develop compelling ad copy and select high-performing creative assets.

Set bids and allocate campaign budgets to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and calls to action to continuously improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and quality score. -
Implement tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and conversion pixels to accurately measure campaign impact.

Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
What do you bring?

Bachelor or Master degree ideally in Digital Marketing or similar field.

Proven experience, at least one year managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Complete fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.

Strong knowledge of PPC best practices, keyword research, and bid management.

Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

Exceptional written communication skills for crafting persuasive ad copy.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
