About the role:

Onclusive is currently in the middle of a major Transformation programme, bringing together multiple companies together with re-engineering of core systems and processes. The Director of Corporate Applications and Data, leads the technical and product aspects to support all Corporate Systems and Data across Onclusive Group. The role requires you to work within an environment that contains a high degree of complexity, volatility, and uncertainty. The Director of Corporate Applications will be simultaneously overseeing BAU and Transformations teams. They will need to retain focus on BAU service objectives, whilst enabling and facilitating Transformation programme to deliver the new platforms, processes and organisational model to support them. The overarching goal is to deliver globally consistent corporate systems, with a high degree of integration between applications. 

Your responsibility:

  • You will be heavily involved in Enterprise Data Architecture

  • You will have direct involvement with Data Analysts

  • You will support in software development – Salesforce, Business Central, HiBob SMEs

  • Your day to day will include management reporting (Regular and Ad Hoc)

  • You will be involved in programme management / PMO / Business Analysis

  • You will be responsible for Corporate Application Managers and System Administrators

  • You will also be responsible for Vendor Management (CRM, ERP specialists)

Onclusive’s global corporate applications are:

  1. Microsoft Business Central (ERP)

  2. Salesforce (CRM)

  3. Hubspot (Marketing Automation)

  4. HiBob (HR)

These are supplemented by internal corporate data repositories, populated by client consumption data. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight for application deployments across all business environments within Onclusive. 

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient operational deployment and support of all third-party and internally managed IT deployments and processes and applications used to support all corporate business functions. 

  • Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the IT business application and process teams. 

  • Establishment, monitoring, and reporting of Service Level Targets / Key Performance Indicators (SLTs/KPIs) in the service of colleagues and support of the business strategy.

  • As a member of the IT leadership team, the role contributes to the development and execution of Onclusive’s IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success. 

  • Lead the application strategy and roadmap and ensure integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans through coordination with IT leadership. 

  • Works with business functional teams to ensure change management coordination of IT changes, without materially impacting business operations. 

  • Builds and maintains relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensures cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responds with agility to changing business priorities. 

  • Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration of both, with the existing IT environment. 

  • Works and collaborates with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contacts to foster a business-oriented culture to ensure alignment between IT and the business functions and to directly contribute to Onclusive’s goals and objectives. 

 

Who you are:

  • Must be a self-driven, motivated senior IT leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and good customer and executive presence. 

  • Ability to interact with business users to gather and prioritize business requirements, oversee the design of solutions that adhere to architectural standards and direction to solve business requirements, and provide guidance to project and support organizations. 

  • Experience of broad range of business process and corporate applications – delivered in a complex environment, ideally across multiple geographic locations and/or legal entities.

  • Ability to lead a fast-paced IT team of both full time and contract staff.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, support activities and tasks simultaneously. 

  • Ability to identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and processes. 

  • Outstanding achievement - continually surpassing standards to achieve/maintain quality.
