What we are looking for :

In support of our growth, Onclusive is seeking an International Business Development Representative to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. 

Reporting to the BDR Manager and collaborating with the head of sales, you will have the global mission of identifying and bringing new business opportunities to the sales team. 

Key responsibilities include :

  • Setting up and booking meetings with potential clients 

  • Proactively build a portfolio of qualified leads for the Account Executives

  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn concluding in booked meetings

  • Work with the Lead Generation team to create targeted, high-quality leads that match targeted sectors.

  • Build industry knowledge by staying up to date with digital intelligence strategies & best practices including  brand reputation, consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and influencer marketing strategy

 

What you bring :

  • A degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales position

  • Complete professional fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in any other language is a plus

  • Comfortable with the sales tech-stack, you are proficient with Hubspot and Salesforce or willing to quickly learn

  • You are autonomous and tactical in your work, with good interpersonal skills. You are tenacious and don't give up easily.

  • You want to join a young, dynamic team where you can have a real impact and quickly progress towards more senior roles

  • You are strategic in your approach to get in touch with prospects of different cultures
