What we are looking for:

In support of our growth, Digimind is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Lead Generation Team Lead to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team in Rabat, Morocco.

Reporting directly to the head of marketing in Digimind Rabat  you will have the global mission of identifying and bringing new business opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

Management:

  • Train and manage a team of Lead Generation Executives;

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics that meet our goals;

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up on efficiently;

  • Monitor and report on progress of lead generation campaigns;

  • Provide feedback to improve future campaigns.

Operations: 

  • Leads qualification: Gather information about the lead;

  • Sales support: Prepare a list of potential leads with contact info (email, phone, ...) and import it into our CRM data;

  • Prospects outreach: Prospect new leads on social networks, forums & platforms for the sales team;

  • Email marketing: Generate qualified leads through content, webinars and events campaigns;

  • Live Chat: Provide support to visitors of our website and assign potential prospects to the sales team.

 

What you bring:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or other related field.

  • Complete professional fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and English.

  • Strong managerial skills (Minimum 1 year experience).

  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools.

  • Result-oriented approach.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to write and present reports.

  • Strong organizational skills.
